Look, nobody has been a bigger critic of Jalen Hurts than I have. But, even I admitted, we didn't want to trot out another true freshman to start the season. MAYBE Tua could have started to get a little more meaningful time, as the season went along. I probably would have brought him in when the offense struggled so badly against Auburn. But, other than that, Saban handled it well. He put him in when we had to have him.

One of the most obvious alter troll jobs I've ever seen.

Tua obviously was the only QB we have on our team that could've won that game on Monday. However, he also was very capable of losing games during the year. The guy is a future star but there were multiple things that revealed pretty plainly why he wasn't already the starter.
1. Ball security. He didn't fumble on Monday but he was carrying the ball like a loaf of bread.
2. He threw the ball (on a run play) to blocking wide receivers. That ball was intercepted. It was a lapse in judgment to throw the ball and it was a lack of knowledge in knowing the play.
3. He took a terrible sack in a key situation.
4. He threw a ball into triple coverage in the end zone that was very nearly intercepted. Luckily the DB bobbled it.
I'm not knocking the guy. Like I said, he was the only QB we had that could make the plays we needed to win on Monday. But even through the greatness you could see why a risk averse coach wasn't convinced he should be out there every play. He's going to be great moving forward though.

Jalen Hurts is trash, and Saban is getting old.

You mean you're not going to approve him for the Alabama board?
Darn.

You wouldn’t have made it to the playoffs without Hurts. Hurts was the biggest reason you beat LSU. He’s the reason you converted all the important third downs with his legs and arm. I would pump the brakes a little bit before U claim Hawaii Five-0 as king in T town. You seen two years of Hurts play and only a half of football for Hawaii Five-0

You are the only “Bama fan” I’ve seen or heard say they give a shite about that now. And that is how I know you’re an Auburn fan alter of a troll.

I don't know why all the hate. I know I am not the only person that wanted Tua since early in the season. I talk to people all the time that agree about it with me.
I think saying stuff like this might have gone over better farther away from a National Championship.

That's conjecture. Some of us think we'd have been undefeated had Tagovailoa played vs Auburn.

Man, if we would have only hired you instead of Saban...
You have to be an alter attempting to make Bama look bad. The stupidity, "retardiculation", and purposefully typed spelling and grammar sins are a giveaway imbecil.

We prepare for Tua for a week before the game instead of hurts, I doubt he looks all world.
A well-coached team would have been ready for both. Just sayin.

I have a pretty low opinion of Bama fans but this is such an obvious troll
