I very much doubt it is going to get better next year.
We know what Cal brings to the table. He is an elite recruiter and lousy game day coach. He has been for a long time.
Kentucky will reload with a lot of talent and then lose games they could have won. And if you give him another year after that... rinse and repeat. He is who he is.
I'd kick him loose with a generous buyout and then throw Fort Knox money at someone like Muss, Gates, or (if you don't mind the occasional murder) Oates to replace him.
