Enjoy it while you can. It always swings back and forth.

Of all the SEC teams I find it the hardest to hate on Ms. State. Having lived in Mississippi for 8 years the level of douchiness that came from Ole Piss was overwhelming, and everyone I met from state or fans of state were good people.

Be a good time to pick a pro sport team to follow.

How many final four trips does Mississippi have?
State has 1.
State has 1.

Yet Ole Miss has a losing record against State in two of those three sports. You need to win the next 55 baseball games in a row and the next 32 basketball games in a row to get back to .500.
Baseball: 211-266-5
Basketball: 120-152
Football: 66-46-6

Since podcasters and media members obviously lurk here. I’d love to hear someone break down the numbers and determine the actual worst roi in football. Basically how much a program invests on football vs the on field results. I imagine atm Miami Nebraska have to be at the front of the line

Who cares that y'all smacked us in every sport in the 1910s?

Your football program is a heartbeat from death while the Rebs kick your arse on and off the field.
Your basketball team is sitting at home while the Rebs are in the Sweet 16.
Your beisbol program is actually dead while the Rebs are ranked and have won a championship more recently than you.
Fuk u. Fuk u so much. Couldn't happen to a better group of folks. Bwahahahahahahaha
I know you been around awhile, but please tell me your account is an altar. I don't know any Ole Miss fans that act this way.

You weren’t here in the early Mullens(Darn Muffins for the OGs) years to understand the OPs post.
Just go along with it and you’ll soon get some great bourbon recs and the perfect way to filet and cook a catfish. Usually gets good around page 6.

Here is Ole Miss’ record in the Egg Bowl each decade of the last 40 years.
2015-2024: 6-4
2005-2014: 4-6
1995-2004: 6-4
1985-1994: 6-4
That 22-18 is not very dominant. It might be very good for Ole Miss, but not for real football programs. Here is how some other programs did against MSU over that same time frame.
Alabama: 34-6
Auburn: 27-13
LSU: 34-6
Watching Ole Miss and Mississippi State fans argue here over who is better in football is like watching an episode of bum fights.
