Fantastic hire.

This is the type of hire I thought Alabama would make.

Buzz is a damn good coach with a proven track record. Aggies will be a force to contend with in the SEC.

It’s A&M hoops, not Kansas or Kentucky. This is about as good as a program like us can realistically do hiring a coach.

you may think it is funny, but it is absolutely true. If we get Sampson.

He has been 1 on our big board with the AD since prior to letting Anderson go. Buzz was 1b, or 1c....

Sampson is a tough minded coach, and has a bit of Nolan in him. Even Richardson came on TV and promoted Sampson... FWIW

Are your sauces better than Tennessee sauces?

I think he might have been #3. Beard was probably 2.

Sauce is an amateur’s crutch. It’s all about the rub, the wood, and time and temperature.

Its Aggie. Anything new is a homerun.

Everyone else has already pointed out how dumb this statement is, so I’m just here to join in laughing at you.

I’m not sure anyone out there will be a “homerun” here but it just reeks of Avery Johnson to me. Maybe I am wrong and time will tell.

Pitino would be a homerun hire but with a lot of risk. Will any AD take that chance.

They’re not even remotely related. Johnson hadn’t even coached college basketball.
