History? For us?

I think it's fair to say if we were still in the ACC we would be where clemson is.

The head Ball coach helps that too.

i found this quote in another article. LINK I haven't found an actual copy of his study though

quote:

Brewer outlines his theories and meth- odology in the dissertation, which took just more than two years to complete. In the study, he details the factors used in his valuations, including short-term and longterm performance, population of home city, age and size of stadium, university endowment size, coach's guaranteed salary, a seven-year cash flow analysis and student population.

Which most likely doesn't reflect Alabama's growth, or anyone else for that matter, in the last two years.

I see A&M has already taken their spot in 8th place in the SEC. They can go ahead and get comfortable there.

I think some sort of growth is probably factored in to these numbers. The LHN is certainly factored into UT's numbers and it's relatively new.

Thanks. I'm going to use that to point this out to my fellow Sun Belt brethren. Only FIU and Troy are above zero in the conference. They just can't seem to get it through their heads that Troy is the class of the conference. May be down this year, but 5 years running as the champ must mean something.

64. Florida International $6.3 million
65. East Carolina $6.2 million
66. Troy $3.1 million
67. UAB $2.6 million

How is there an $80.5M difference between 17. Ark and 18. Oklahoma State? That is a large drop for everyone below Arkansas.

So Arkansas' rankings are based off Petrino's first year.. Oh, my has the money flooded in since then more ways than one including infrastructure.

I swear it's not that hard people to get accurate data but most people are lazy.

It is worth noting that only public schools are included on the list. So there are no valuations included for Notre Dame, Southern Cal or Miami of Florida.

I was wondering about USCw and why they aren't in the top 25.

But on a side note... Texas... geez. 843+ million?

According to the discussion these numbers are two years old... Add in the worth of your own TV Network.... Texas is WAY UP THERE!
