Which is exactly Kelly’s point. We are throwing players out of the game for random tackles but not throwing players out of late hit personal fouls/roughing calls that injure players? It doesn’t make logical sense from a “player safety” standpoint

I wonder if there will be any fall out from his comment that Daniels was concussed. They clearly did not follow protocol, putting him right back in the game. It would be interesting if all the complaining about the hit actually gets LSU in hot water.

I also follow Southern Mississippi. For years they played Alabama every year. Year after year with the SEC officials USM would be penalized 100+ yards while Alabama about 10. Every year even though USM was outmatched from the get go. So yes the refs are prejudiced for Alabama. But don’t let your heart be troubled. Soon after Texas comes into the league the office will be moved. The Alabama graduate over officials will be toast.

Especially how they only got the chance to win two of the recent national titles because their coach went on GameDay and cried about potentially getting left out while the teams that actually could have won a conference title were actually playing a game that day and Bama didn't because they hadn't won their division.
In a way, I'm actually surprised it didn't work last year.
