ND has 0 of Indiana’s top players committed. And you may say “well they have an amazing OOS class of players better than Indiana’s talent” or that “Indiana’s talent isn’t that good”. He has a better home base to recruit, which will show when he gets 6 of the top 12 of a very weird year for top players, and then he will go out of state and recruit the same top players Freeman will also have to get. We will see if Freeman will be able to consistently raid the country, but Kelly will always have the opportunity to raid the rich state of LA.
