Will not set the damn edge. He refuses to do anything but stat hunt. Napier needs to send his arse back to Athens.

But his Twitter account says he's the best in college football.

The honest truth is that if this kid were coachable and disciplined, he'd have never left Athens and have been in the NFL by now. The talent was there.

I think gator fans just love to hate him. Not that it says much given the overall state of the defense but he is clearly one of the best players in the field. And he has certainly been better recently.

What do you believe the positive benefit will be calling out individual players on a board like this? The Gators defensive problems are not because of one player. Although Cox appears to be out of position at times, he is still one of the best players on the field. I would hate to see where we would be without him.

Holy shite! Talk about bad flashbacks. This was the big chatter after the 2018 SECCG, when Jalen Hurts ran all over our defense and Alabama pulled a victory out of their arse. He basically got dismissed from the program for the same thing you're talking about 4 years later lol

Started going down hill when Deandre Walker slapped the shite out of him on the field back in 2018

DeAndre was showing Brenton how much he loved and cared for him. That is all.

There was a late game QB draw Missouri ran that was designed to take advantage of Cox's tendency for hero ball and Cox recognized it, made the smart play, and blew him up.

I get the criticism, but has made better decisions and improved

We wouldn't take him back. He got into it with one of our senior LBs when he was a freshman because he would not set the edge. The LB got on to him for not playing his position and they almost got into a fight on the field. He transferred that off season.

2018 SECCG UGA lost the lead and the game to Bama because Brenton Cox let Hurts escape to his right for big plays over and over again. Cox only got in the game because of injury to Anderson.

Georgia fans were pleased with the transfer because we didn't want Brenton around as a bitter reminder.

Dude did the damnedest thing, he got in a fist fight with his own team mates during a game...

Seems he should be needing a walker by now.

Not the same thing.

If you polled both fanbases, I think you would get confirmation on that.
