your reading comprehension is typical bammer. Re-read my post.. It definitely doesnt say whose bullet hit the truck. it says "it was then that" which could refer to the returned fire mentioned in the next sentence. And furthermore, how bad of a shot is dude to hit Miller's car? Unless Miller's car was hit BECAUSE IT WAS BLOCKING the victim...
For a guy claiming to be a writer, you need to work more on READING comprehension.

Man, talk about a thug bunch. From the coach on down. Wow.
Here’s what you all need to do. Close your eyes. Imagine a thuggish team and one of their players giving a gun to another one of their players who goes off and kills some innocent woman. Then the local DA says it’s no big deal and the head coach says it’s no big deal.
Now imagine it’s Auburn.

I was talking about your shock of there being dash cam footage, a fact noted in the article.

Moments later, Culpepper testified, Davis approached the victims’ car and said, “I told you I was going to get you,’' and then began firing through the driver’s side window of the Jeep.
He fired at least eight shots, some of them while running in an arc from the driver’s side around the back of the vehicle.
It was then, the detective said, that Miller’s Charger was struck by two bullets.
Johnson, the victim’s boyfriend, returned fire, striking Davis in the shoulder.
Harris was struck in the left side of her face.

He should be suspended indefinitely

How is he still playing?

This what’s crazy to me. Kids get suspended for “breaking team rules” all the time, crime committed or not. Can’t imagine there being no grounds for team discipline whatsoever here. All we get is “he’s never been in trouble, wrong place, wrong time.” Really?

It’s pretty easy to imagine when it’s SEC POTY and bama’s best team ever.

This is along the lines of what I was going to ask. At the end of the day, should you only suspend or discipline players if they are found guilty in a criminal trial? It’s one thing to do this after leaving a school, and another while you are representing that team.
I’d have a hard time wanting to root for this kid if he were on my team. The shite that Derrius Guice did is absolutely sick. Ditto for a few other stars that wore P&G. I’d have a hard time wanting to see this guy on the floor cutting down some nets.

It could be a poorly worded article. This is why I want to see the transcript. But the way that it's worded is that that Miller's car was hit as Davis circled the jeep, AND THEN Johnson returned fire. This may not be accurate, but it's the timeline as laid out in the article.

quote:The evidence shows Miller was an innocent bystander who became a victim after Davis decided to run around the jeep. The boyfriend did NOT shoot at Miller’s vehicle.
how, he literally had to shoot up Brandon's car to get out lmfao. How he got bullet holes in his shite if he wasnt involved?

The DA has reviewed the above evidence and will not be pressing charges.

Exactly. Even if I was to give Miller some benefit of the doubt and say he didn’t actually know the gun would get used beyond intimidation, that’s still gangbanger behavior.
However, just innocently retuning property at 2am and then ending up with bullets in your vehicle isn’t passing the sniff test.

returning anything to the rightful owner when they ask for it is mandatory or face felony theft charges

All I know is the average Jane and Joe Gump would've been charged in this situation.
