I don’t know what they could plea it down to, the text from Miles shows pre meditation. Maybe they plead guilty on some kind of reduced sentence but thought Capitol Murder in AL was life or the Night Night shot.

They'll eventually release the video evidence right? That should clear all that up.
I doubt it. Maybe after the trial is over or after it's presented in court.

In another thread, you said the victim’s boyfriend drove looking for Miles and Harris. So I assume you know where the Jeep was.
Harris?
I assume Miles and Davis were standing outside when Miller pulled up, and it's true that the Jeep arrived after Miller. Why else would the Jeep be stopping in that exact spot?

Those two fellas are going to play the role of Reginald Oakley and Joseph Sweeting. But with far more damning evidence against them.

You and TexAg7 can find a way to make this happen. Let’s create a litigation board for this pair.

I think they do trials for capital murder but I could be wrong.

The statement the police testified to under oath in open court says other wise. Police flat out said in court that Miller was parked in a manner that blocked the road and Jeep.

Least shocking detail in this whole sordid affair….. that Dodge dealership sure moves a lot of cars off the lot down in Gump land

Dodge is the perfect car name for Miller.
He just dodged an accessory to murder charge unless more evidence comes out.
I'm sure Dodge is so proud.
