Because his lawyer told him to cooperate. He wouldn't have immediately gotten a lawyer involved if knew he was just a good Samaritan.

Translation: DA told him he was going to be charged with accessory to murder if he didn't testify against his murderer teammate. Alabama fans must be proud of the Nate Oats program.

This thread and the tweet from Clay Travis makes no sense. When did Miller ever say he didn't bring a gun to Miles? Did Miller ever say " I brought something to him but I have no clue what it was?" No he didn't. Also the title is misleading. It's not a murder scene until after the murder. Are you saying Miller brought the gun after the murder? How does that make sense?

Imagine two gang members get into an altercation late at night. They have been drinking. They have guns. This is what happens.
I think gang culture is a pox on this country. But I guarantee you there is some of it in every football and basketball locker room in the SEC.
At least one of our players didn’t actually pull the trigger. One SEC program has recently had two different football players commit gun crimes.
