Smith is not Arky's problem this year.Booby's poor recruiting is the problem. Hogs don't have many players sans Wilson that other SEC schools covet.

Willy was blamed for the poor defense. Under Haynes they are worse. I hated Booby left because,Hogs were going to under achieve had he remained at Arkansas due to lack of talent.

Arky had breaks fall their way last year against Aggies,Rebs and Dores.

Booby made BCS bowl only because Auburn played in BCSNCG.

Hogs were gashed by Rutgers last week. It's more of a talent problem than coaching problem.
JLS did beat Bama in Fiesta Bowl while coach at Louisville. That win is more impressive than Booby's win over Wake Forest.

If you add more variety to your sentence length your drivel will be easier to read.

Th e-truth is Arkansas will never amount to anything other than a decent 2 tier team in the modern era.

The state and the recruiting base is too small, they have no real history in the SEC and they play in a division with LSU, Alabama, Auburn and now Texas A&M.

Blame Bobby, Booby, Long, Nutt, ...blame anyone, blame no one ....cause the problem is environmental not circumstantial.

most of us would be thrilled with 2nd tier right now.

ALso, the BS about recruiting base being too small is is just that BS in the modern era where EVERY Razorback game is on television. Recruiting is a national talent search now and the right coach can take advantage of that situation.

Ask any person that ever coached at Arky ifyou think my statement is wrong. Proximity to family and friends is very important.Miles,Muschamp,Richt, and Saban have about 12-15 SEC quality players they pretty much have locked for '14 class due to kids being able to watch these teams in person growing up.Arky has never had this benefit.

Yes, lets ask Frank Broyles if he had a hard time getting competitive players in the 60s........... Especially since that is so relevant to today.

Who did Frank beat in the 60s? Nobody! Texas owned him.He was 0-5 vs Ole Miss in the 60s!His OOC schedule was a joke and he rarely defeated a ranked team. Do the research!
