See its questions like this that are embarrassing.
Do you really think there is a fund set up to pay for a family's light bill? I mean if they could afford to move to Oxford from Florida they could afford the light bill.

Any update to the Ole Miss situation? Total number of scholly's lost? Would the NCAA make a final ruling soon to give players a chance to play elsewhere this fall without penalty?

They haven't even served Tunsil yet. Won't have to worry about it if they don't ever serve Tunsil.

Man I get where you're coming from. What I know is that I don't know what type of funds are set up to help our student athletes. What I also know is that OM invited the NCAA to Oxford the day after the draft and no coach has been fired. I know that OM knows what actually happened. I know that OM knows what the NCAA knows and what they can prove. I know that our Chancellor told a public Audience that that is behind us. I know that Freeze went on national television and told the world that if any coach paid a player illegally they would be fired. All of that tells me that there is a strong possibility nothing comes from those messages. I could be wrong, but don't act like my bias as a fan is some how more out of whack than your bias as a rival. Would freeze, Bjork, and the Chancellor say all that when they actually know what the NCAA knows if it were true?

There are no funds set up where the school pays for a student athletes parent's rent, utilities, lodging or meals.

The lines are definitely drawn in the sand. There's not a lot of middle ground for anyone. In one year, either Freeze, Bjork, and the whole coaching staff will be gone, or this whole thing will have come to basically nothing.

You have to be, otherwise you are just laying down and waiting for the executioner in a case like this

impossible. "nothing" would mean no penalties, and it is fairly safe to say that the NCAA won't take the self imposed recommendations from Ole Miss and say "nah. we're good. no penalties needed"

"The Student Assistance Fund is intended to provide direct benefits to student-athletes or their families as determined by conference offices"
2 seconds on google. Try it sometime.
Now if this is how it was done, is it shady, yes. Against the rules? Doesn't look like it.

I heard 4 violations in other sports and 25 football violations.

I actually agree with a lot of what you said and believed the same, but they've lied again and again.
When the story first broke, they lied to recruits and the public about the number and severity of violations under Freeze.
I also thought I believed Bjork when he said it was over, then Pete Thamel writes this:
"In February, Ole Miss athletic director Ross Bjork incorrectly claimed that the investigation was over in an interview with the The Clarion Ledger, a statement NCAA officials viewed as inappropriate."
I used to believe y'all were working hand in hand with the NCAA and knew the outcome. Now, I'm leaning towards believing that y'all are going Auburn "All In" and just doubling down over and over with ridiculous denials that this is a big deal.
