Will Wade is not and has never been the subject of an investigation by the FBI. They got the recordings of Wade (which the NCAA will get even though the FBI has already turned down their request once), but they aren't gathering more information on a non-suspect. The FBI hasn't given any indication it gives a shite about Wade's recording. They didn't even enter it into evidence. Defense counsel tried.
So why would the FBI spend resources to gather information on a non-suspect? To help build the NCAA's case?

Which the FBI isn't because they aren't investigating Wade; they've never been investigating him. They will turn over what they have, but unless Wade is named a suspect, there won't be any new information gathered by the FBI on him for the NCAA to have like he claimed.

I can not make this any simpler for you.......Robert Kraft got a tug from somebody the FEDS were investigating. Robert Kraft got arrested because he was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Will Wade tried to buy a player through a person the FEDS had tapped. Will Wade broke no federal laws.....he broke NCAA law #1. The FEDS will give the NCAA everything they have, on everybody, when their investigation/trials are over.
