Emm, it's a big damn difference actually: either being the subject of an FBI investigation, or not. It matters significantly whether the FBI is using resources to actively and vigorously gather evidence on you specifically, or if they aren't.

The last round of LSU billboards generated thousands of dollars for hurricane relief. For every dollar that was spent on billboards, a dollar was donated.
The gump response billboard calling LSU fans out for not using all the billboard money for hurricane relief generated tens of dollars for relief, far less than the cost of their response billboard

The FBI has already stated that they will be turning over all of their evidence to the NCAA when the investigation is over. You have google. It's obvious you don't comprehend how this is going to work........so use google and figure it out for yourself. It doesn't matter how many different people explain what is going on, you are too dense to get it.
