Nope.. never had a username here or posted here before and I don’t currently post on any other boards. I realize you won’t believe me.. so not sure why I am even responding.. perhaps if the Astros weren’t getting blanked for the 2nd straight night, that would help. Cole is dealing tonight..

Poor Auburn. Maybe they will reach your board in the next 117 games. 59-52-6 is a pretty tight margin.. then again, they may never win again with Harsin in charge. He does draw up some sexy trick plays though..
Pretty impressive resume for you guys as well. Only 4 of 30 teams have a winning record against you that you have played at least 5 times, but only Bama from your list above.
37.5% vs Bama
69.5% vs Clemson (ouch)
54.5% vs Florida

Texas Record vs each SEC team
Texas A&M (76-37-5)
Arkansas (56-22-0)
LSU (9-8-1)
Alabama (7-1-1)
Ole Miss (6-2-0)
Auburn (5-3-0)
Miss State (2-2-0)
Missouri (18-6-0)
Vanderbilt (3-8-1) —-> ouch
Georgia (3-1-0)
Florida (2-0-1)
Tennessee (2-1-0)
Kentucky (1-0-0)
South Carolina (0-1-0) —> ouch
NOTES
(1) The one loss to Georgia cost Texas a National Championship in 1983.
(2) The one loss to Alabama cost Texas a National Championship in 2009.
(3) Texas needs to get Vandy & South Carolina on the schedule!
I know this might come across as a shot across the bow, but it isn’t meant that way. I just thought it was interesting that we had played all 14 teams at some point.. although it has been a while for some of them.

LSU:
1. Alabama
2. Florida
3. ole miss (historically) / A&M has leap frogged into the final slot.
I don’t give a shite what tide fans say. That game is big. Florida is obvious. It’s the best cross division series in the sec. ole miss is just a classic sec rivalry. Always will be. As a&m emerges as a competitive program, they replace ole miss IMO because they are now competing for recruits and our fan bases interact a lot in Texas and in the O&G industry. It’s a natural fit.

They’ve won 22 in a row
Pulls shite out of the air. Since Saban has been at Bama State has lost 13 times and the powerhouse that is LSU 11. Huge difference there huh?

I have already answered this question eleventy billion times.. in this thread.. I am not an alter.
I am a born & raised Tsip who graduated from Texas in 1997. When did you graduate from A&M?

lol I assure you that I was not in the band. I don’t have one musical bone in my whole body and I am tone deaf.. It’s not pretty.
I actually have a degree from Texas.. perhaps that is the difference that you don’t recognize. Then again, my first wife may have ultimately divorced me because I insisted on staying for The Eyes during one of the OU massacres..

I find it funny a&m are afraid to play Daddy Texas. We wanted to play Clemson in 2020.

Special slot for Alabama not a rival in the true sense but to get anywhere we will have to beat them.
I'm on board with this (including the Alabama qualifier) except I'd swap Tennessee and Tech.

They will claim that there is no benefit to them to play the game.. They will say that Texas is irreverent.. blah blah blah..
If Texas A&M knew that they would beat Texas the next 20 games in a row, they would 100% agree to play the game for the next 20 years. This would definitely help them with recruiting and it would help them gain respect across the country. There would be no downside and it would be a huge benefit.
Therefore, it is simple. They fear that they will not be successful in beating Texas on a regular basis, and therefore, they think it is better to not even play the game.

There is no benefit to playing the game. Why would we help you out? Enjoy your shitty schedule.
