Surprisingly good movie
I didn't think I'd like it at first. Rented it on OnDemand, and after about ten minutes, I was like damn I need some popcorn.

Must really suck knowing that someone you think is a mentally slow simpleton has owned your team ever since taking up the reins at LSU..?

Gump was a good North/South runner as the return in the movie showed. He was exceptionally fast and had good vision. That is what got him to the White House and All American Team. Didnt play LSU that year fwiw.
Bobbie Boucher was a pure defensive player with very little ball skills. His strengh was leveraging his size into getting 100% out of his lean frame. Very small for a line backer but could bring the wood.

What year was that? We started playing Bama every year starting in 1964.
