I’m strangely fine with how this game has gone. Seeing Wes go McLoughlin, Brown, Hammond in the same inning with such a quick hook tells me he’s less concerned with preserving the W and more with challenging the pen to nut up under pressure. Hammond answered the call.

Yea, Dutton is really good. But that was just an awful sequence at bat. That out trying to steal second ruined the whole vibe of the inning.
