What the guy put together did not cost Malzahn a job and any auburn fan who tries to say different is a complete idiot.

plus she found it offensive

Yeah, I'm loving the barners insisting that the only reason that video was hilarious was because of the editing. No one gives a shite about the stupid text/questions he edited in there and frankly, by the end of it, I was a bit tired of the repetitive "gus was like, shut up." The reason she looked crazy is because, quite obviously, she is fricking crazy.

They're just college students and parents, but that does not stop au fans from following them around, taking pictures of their cars, posting them on the Internet and then saying obviously they got that car by signing with Bama.

Yep. That was over the top. It's like the other day when I heard a Barner call into Finebaum and say there was a Bama player at Bradford. Hopefully none of you will ever have to visit someone there, but you have to sign a lot of paperwork promising you'll not divulge anything you see.
That was just horseshite.

Yep, it's the fans that take this too seriously.

And if we quit playing its just gonna go away? At least some of it gets settled on the field.

But why would he leave the SEC for the Sun Belt? At Auburn, there's been a disconnect this season between him and head coach Gene Chizik, a feeling of frustration at Chizik's increased involvement in the offense.
Likely true.
But Gus, ol' buddy... as much as the Bama fans in the state may have said differently, Gene is the HEAD COACH of the Auburn University football program. And he can do what he wants.
If the defense sucks donkey ballz and must be protected, well, slowing your 3-and-out, turnover-prone 2011 offense down a little bit is the exact kind of decision a HEAD coach has to make.
Good luck at ASU, Gus!

He shouldn't have let his bat shite crazy wife get this involved. If you're gonna let her suck Cam's dick be prepared for the consequences. This all on GM.

I feel the Bama and Auburn series should be discontinued because nothing positive comes out of that game. Of course the money generated by the game will keep it going forever.

I drive from Atlanta to Gadsden every weekend just to do that kind of shite as a kind of hobby.

This thread has been more than a little melodramatic. People upload videos of people acting crazy as shite all the time. Don't come off as being mentally unbalanced in public and you'll be fine.

The problem, everyone gets way to involved in what 18-22 year old boys are doing. It's just a game. I really wish the state of AL would get an NFl team... That would take some of the focus off the year round love feast of AU/UA.

she said stupid shite (really stupid shite). it got out. it's not a big deal and any fault is on her

Yes, she was judgmental and over the top. But, I think the mocking and ridicule was a bit much.
...why? all he did was show what she said

Moving Auburn to the East and letting the series die for a while is the best thing they can do. This needs to be done

We would probably just bitch about the defense being better than the offense or something.

Get a grip people. The "Bama lawyer" is not Bama's lawyer, he's a guy who went to school AT Bama. Also, he didnt make her act like a fool and say outlandish shite. She did that herself.
Kristi Malzahn didnt cost Gus the UNC job. Gus cost Gus that job. Besides, they made a better hire. Can't blame them for that.
Kristi Malzahn didnt cost Gus the Kansas job. Charlie Weis' fat arse cost Gus that job. Gus was their leading candidate and literally a day away from an offer. They interviewed Weis and were more impressed with his plan & organization, so they offered him.
Gus leaving has considerable less to do with his wife's idiotic video than it does other factors mentioned.
