I guess Dameyunes attitude about how blacks are treated in auburn has changed in the past couple of months....I guess movin back to the "plantation" ( as he called it )doesnt bother him.

Auburn's staff looks like a hodgepodge of fail.

Gus should have hired his guys versus being told who to hire.

lol, the part where they build themselves up has always been my favorite part. "Chizik a better defensive backs coach than Saban" "best staff on the country" "Kiehl Frazier showed vast improvement this offseason" "defense will be legit now that van gorder is here, secondary depth!!!" and now, another offseason, and here we are again. you just gotta love the aubies, they'll buy into anything.
Truthfully, I've enjoyed that shite more than actually watching them spiral down to the cellar.

I will never forget the prop's they gave the "Stache" - that he would revamp the defense and whip it into an old school Auburn defense. That "Lefty" coached the great TOM BRADY & would work miracles on Kiehl Frazier!!!!

One would think that after the season they just experienced, they wouldn't go that route again. Boasting and bragging about a coaching staff that hasn't had a chance to prove anything yet.

Gus has assembled a solid supporting staff. The best thing he has done was to clean out the old staff and start over. But, the work they have ahead of them will be monumental. They've basically got to change the entire culture over there - that's no small task.

Kinda like Bama before Saban got there

You guys have gotten so cocky and arrogant that I expect your downfall is going to be epic and truly a sight to behold. Remeber, "Pride goeth before the fall"

This is exactly the same circumstances Saban found when he arrived at Bama. The only difference is that Saban had a few more years on Gus - Saban already had his "Process" in place to whip his program into shape.

Gus will be basically learning on the job at huge SEC program. I will say that having Ellis & Charlie available if for nothing more than a sounding board with experience & wisdom should be a plus for any relatively new head coach.

Gus has a good staff mix, IMO. Young & energetic coaches, older more experienced coaches, and a couple of AU alum that are "Auburn" at heart. Those guys should be able to turn things around, it just might take a little time and some patience from the fanbase.
