I've always said this and I'll continue saying it...
I'll take my Jalens, Rodericks, LaMichaels, and Malcoms from: Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas over the ones from Texas. Every single time.

Thanks for helping at the Alamo, but its probably Texas, and probably just because they may have one or two more iconic players and a more iconic mascot.

Wait, we are allowed to post facts here?
One problem with those numbers, they mean nothing. They are based on uneven competition, (just look at Oklahoma's 1956 schedule and how those teams did during the year.)
When you look at the level of competition (the top 13 schools all time in wins) the SEC has 5 teams, so Tennessee played MUCH harder teams.

The real UT has & always will be the school in Austin. The 1969 game between Tx/ Arkansas was a game for the ages, the UT/USC game for the natty was probably the most memorable game ever, bama/Georgia close second. You could put Notre Dame, Alabama, & maybe Michigan/Ohio St. FYI, LSU,sec homer.

How in the hell did I leave out Boomer Sooner, Oklahoma for sure.
