You forgot to bold Nashville if you're using cities with SEC Universities.

Honestly surprised Knoxville ranks higher, but thats probably just my personal preference. I'd also put Fort Worth above Dallas, yet FW didn't even make the list.

Is this based on the inner city or the metro area? Because for Birmingham, that makes a big difference.

Yea, they lost what little credibility they had putting Beaumont on that list.

All of the cities in the T10 are expanding at an incredible pace. There are few that I would actually want to live in, because in a few years they are going to be a mess with insufficient infrastructure for the population that all came pouring in

Boulder is surprising simply because it is now as expensive as San Jose with all the tech giants setting up shop.

Out of the top 10 I would probably roll with Colorado Springs. I really like the area around the Whole Foods and Lazy Dog. It’s still hard to imagine over 500k live there though

Atlanta at 30? That is one of the worst shitholes in the country.

Colorado Springs is expanding like I cannot even describe. I taught at the AF Academy for years, and though I no longer live in CS I visit quite a bit for work. South of CS towards Fountain everything is under construction. There is only two main E-W arteries in the city. Tons of traffic lights, tons of traffic. Five o'clock traffic rivals that in Denver now

On the positives,
Best zoo in the West outside of San Diego
Tons of ex-military and contractors
Restaurant scene is getting better
The I-25 expansion North of the AF Academy is finished
The new visitor center for the AF Academy, Olympic Center, etc should be finished next year to promote tourism
Garden of the Gods is always great ...

Beautiful place to live but growing like a weed

No lies were told in his post

Don’t worry your pretty queer head, there will be plenty of Dawg fans in Austin for the game

Huntsville may be growing faster, but Birmingham is a much better place to live.

Birmingham has better schools, a bigger airport with more connections (and cheaper flights), and more bigger city amenities as a whole.

Plus Birmingham feels more established. Huntsville feels very cookie cutter. All the restaurants are chains, etc.
