I would advise BAMA fans to go to BR with caution next year. If we win, you'll probably get a lot of shite because the last two years. Especially from the people who went this year and had Roll Tide or LSU sucks yelled in their face 1,000 times on the way out(I have no problem with this other than annoyance).

If we lose, you guys will probably still get a lot of shite because people will be super pissed off.

What I'm saying is, proceed with caution next year in Baton Rouge. Yall have fun now, ya hear!
Oh shite, I'm really scared now.

LSU - Badass experience. Been several times, twice as an ole miss fan and another time to go hang out with friends during the 2007 season, got to see Perriloux in his only start as a tiger against mtsu. I have the utmost respect for what Tiger Stadium means to college football.

Vandy - Horrible. I realize it's Vandy but my God. That boat horn will make you go cross-eyed.

Tailgating's a Greek thing in Athens (at least it was when I was there).

So, all depends upon, who/what you are, and where you are at.

Tennessee

SC would be good if their stadium were on their campus.

It used to be LSU hands down, before they started the whole "leaving the stadium in the 3rd qtr" thing.
So as a visiting fan who's beating our arse, this bothers you?

For me, it would have to be LSU. They have great tailgaiting, food, and fun people to be around. Unlike some people's horror stories from BR, I've never had any trouble at a game their and the stadium and it's atmosphere is unrivaled IMHO

Agreed, as long as you aren't an arrogant assclown who talks smack non-stop, you should have a good time at a LSU game. Especially love yalls food down there.

I was there year before last, when UGA took a solid early lead, and there were some folks that left, but as LSU scrapped back into it, the folks that were still there were pretty damn loud.

I thought LSU was fantastic, but in terms of the actual "inside the stadium" feel, Auburn at night is the top experience I have had. Place was rocking, and like someone said prior, when the Eagle flies in, it is about the most awesome thing I have seen.

Side note...my trip to UT was a cold and rainy affair, so it probably dampened my viewpoint (although it was the Hobnail boot game, so I was pretty f'n happy), and my trip to Bama was a whirlwind day that saw temps hit close to 100, so it was a tad miserable until the sun went down, both could have been impacted by those things.

I'd have to say Tennessee.

The Vol walk is pretty damn impressive and that stadium looks a lot bigger than 100K

nope. the pre-game atmosphere sucks in Gainesville... then the games starts and it's a whole different level.

Are we the only stadium without giant lots/areas where tailgaters can congregate?

From everything I hear, it's the po po's that ruin it all in Gainsville.

I've never had trouble with the po po but I don't get HBT style drunk either.

The biggest problem I see is that unless you are in the booster lot there just isn't a great wide open area close to the stadium.
