Georgia lost a lot to the draft.

The 2026 draft?

We only lost 8 players.
That number was 13 in the 2025 draft.

Georgia or Texas..don't even need to look. Will just assume it is one of those 2.

From what I have seen most SEC teams have a lot of holes on their roster. Hell, at Arkansas we're kind of amazed we even have a roster.

Yep. Gone are the days that you can stack 4-5 stars 3 deep, just with the promise of mopar vehicles.

I just saw you lost the left side of your offensive line 4 of your top 5 pass catchers and thought Frazier was gone but I guess he’s coming back.

But honestly there isn’t a single name on your offense that scares me.

You’ll ground and pound and play defense but I’d be surprised if Georgia is ranked higher than middle of the pack of the SEC on offense.

That's the spirit.

Let's revisit this in November.

I'd be surprised if the Ole Miss offense is better than UGA in 2026.

I’ll make a ban bet on that one.
Total offensive yards or points per game?

No idea how any one could possibly know in today’s landscape.

I can hardly name 15 players on VOLS and I’ve got season tickets

I'd lean points per play. Or yards per play

We typically shut things down in the second half.
You should remember what happened in 2024 and 2023.

I’ll call that bet.

I don't care about that. What I do care about is who has the most depth in the trenches. And, sadly, SEC programs are losing ground here.

I'll, give you the attention you want and say Texas, but deep down you know y'all will piss it away.

Forgive me for trying to start a conversation about actual football topics

What are your player losses?

I know Ole Miss lost their coordinator and several receivers and offensive linemen.

Both units were close in 2025 in advanced statistics.

Biggest loss was Zachariah Branch.
Z receiver. Other than the running game, he was the go-to in 2025.

We return 23 starts at left tackle (Earnest Greene was starter 2023 and 2024. Went to RT for 2025).
Right guard freshman stud Juan Gaston will kick out to right tackle. 6'7" 370 pounds and can block in space.

We will be replacing both guard spots. But we had a lot of injuries in 2025, so we will still have starting experience filling in.

Running back room and tight end room are stacked.

We lose Dylan Bell and Colbie Young at receiver.
We've portaled receivers the last 3 seasons in addition to what James Coley is able to recruit.

My guess is that the offense is balanced. Lots of throws will be to the running backs and tight ends (we are running jet sweeps at tight end again. Im not saying that we have Brock bowers and Darnell Washington again. But we are seeing similar usage).
We will be aggressive with deep shots outside a few times a game.

This is Gunner's second full season (I know OM is returning their QB as well).
He killed man coverage last year.
He struggled with drop 7 and drop 8.
If he and Bobo can solve the cloud zone schemes, we will not have any holes offensively.
