You're still reaching with no factual data.
You still haven’t answered what the hell people would visit College Station for if it isn’t A&M related.
Or proof that all of it’s hotels are booked year round.

Blacksburg over Charlottesville jumps out the most of any.

Baton Rouge is not a college town.
A college town is really a town where the college or university is the center of life in that town. Baton Rouge does not shut down when school is out.
Shootings, assaults, and murders barely fall off when school is out. Barely.

It usually is A&M related because we're talking about a college town, but people visit for the Bush Library and all sorts of events (conventions, concerts, WWE type shite, camps, young sports, 7 on 7 state championships, high school football playoffs, chilifest, etc) held in CS that aren't related to the school.

The football team at Virginia College in Metairie is still undefeated after all these years.

Hattiesburg? Damn those druggie coast rats for beating us again.
I haven't spent much time there, but Hattiesburg is a cool little town.

I read your post 5 times and it still makes no sense.
You're normally coherent, and extremely belligerent. This post is neither.

Rochester, Minnesota??? Well, a good town if you're sick (Mayo Clinics)...or if you want to meet a Somali refugee.
But the "college" there is the U of MN, Rochester with about 350 students.

How so? As a Springfield resident, I was surprised to see them on the list. I don’t really view this as a college town at all and would have defaulted to CoMo on this one based off my experiences up there for our games with you guys.
When I was a college student, 82-86, Springfield had a ratio of 6-1 women to men. And a lot of bars. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner !!!

Gotta agree.
Clemson is a college town.
Columbia is a thriving metropolis.

Springfield over Columbia? Springfield might be the biggest POS city in the state

I worked in Columbia 3 years back and would not use thriving to describe it.

Is that why CS hotels are booked out year round and they keep building more?
That is such bullshite. There's not many places on the planet where hotels are booked out "year round" for no reason.
