So, the fact that tu says, "...and it's goodbye to A&M..." In their fight song means you don't know shite.

Obviously you should know its a disputed term considering its' meaning, so thats not entirely accurate.

It's not changing and no one cares what you think.

Of course I don't care what A&M's fight song is.

Why would I care if it changes either?

One lyric versus two, little bro always trying to one up big bro, its a vicious cycle.

They say 1 line, A&M has about 10 lines devoted to Texas, and obviously a plethora of cute little nicknames y'all sit around and think about all the time. That little nickname bullshite spills on to here sadly.

Only little brother schools have lyrics about their big bros in their fight songs.

So originally you had an issue that we had any lyrics at all about our biggest rival.
Now you're moving the goalposts.
Well played.

Their WHOLE SONG was created to the tune of, and with the intention to mock, an Aggie song that had nothing to do with hating texas. But yeah, a&m's the obsessed ones here

Arkansas' fight song won me at free trip to Tampa off the radio (gave it to my parents).

The radio host put on headphones and would hum along to the fight song he was listening too. You could barely understand him.

On the way to high school one morning, the game comes on. We had just played Arkansas. Tell my brother "That's Arkansas." The radio host are saying "Oh, noone will get this. Its tough." Brother calls up and nails it.

We get our name drawn a few weeks later for the free trip.

I'm enjoying the entertainment, Tbird.
It's always good to learn about our/Texas history from these folks.

Worst: Rammer Jammer, we're a bunch of inbred Bammers...or something like that.

I don't understand the purpose of your post.

There is no dispute that the Aggie War Hymn was written by a US soldier in France during WW1.

But it was just some made up words put to an already existing tune.

I knew they said this to us at some point:

quote:

"Give 'em hell, give 'em hell! Make 'em eat shite!".,[1][2][3][5][6] which was intended originally as a jab at the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Its' meaning is up for dispute. What "hullabaloo caneck caneck" actually means is not exactly known.
