This is pitiful
A 4-team play-off won't make a real difference though. Unless you get to at least an 8-team play-off, it won't be about the best teams. ESPN doesn't care about the two best teams playing for a championship - they care about ad revenue and ratings, just like the BCS.
Like they just said a minute ago - the real championship was played a month ago in Atlanta. Unless you get more than 4 teams in a play-off, nothing will really change.
