I'm not arguing a religion. First of all, Christianity is NOT a religion. Secondly, I am just sticking up for my pastor. I get sick of people bringing up this subject as if they are some kind of holy perfection with little halos over their heads. When people talk bad about him, it's like if I said something about your mom. I wouldn't do that to anybody.
That is why I said the very little that I did, because you didn't know better than to ridicule my pastor. People who have subsequently chimed in and piled on, knock it off or I'll make a Top 10 Jimmy Swaggart song game just to piss y'all off. He is a marvelous pianist and singer in his own right.

quote:Lay off Jimmy. He who is without sin let him cast the first stone. He is a fine man, and he is MY pastor, and I'm a member of FWC in Baton Rouge. I don't cotton to people continuing to beat up on someone for their past transgressions. He settled that with the Lord a long, long time ago. He paid a very high price for what little he did, that's for sure.
For dedicating "The Devil Inside" to Jimmy Swaggart, back in his sex scandal days.

Too heavy of a song for grandmas to enjoy?

I keep telling people if I ever win the lottery. I am opening a Dollar show, a drive-in and a Putt-Putt golf course. Just to give kids and teens more options. The city really sucks for people who want to do something other than catch live music, or drink or do the museums.
I really miss having a putt-putt golf though.

I found out Reagan was shot at the snack bar at the turn, before heading out for the back nine. That's all we talked about for the rest of the round.
