Bama is much more hyped and has the harder schedule. I'm not impressed by their wins but RPI is, so it's not surprising.

I honestly wouldn't look at RPI until february for anything. It takes so long for that metric to be even close to realistic. Kenpom early season then rpi/kenpom after february.

Agreed, your only loss isn't bad. You should at minimum be top 12.

Edit: That loss plus really good wins over USC, Wichita St, and Oregon. Yeah, you're ranked to low.

Both are pretty good teams. We've played a better schedule but Auburn has looked good against theirs, destroying bad teams and just dominated a really good MTSU team for 90% of the game.
