Can we borrow some good pitchers to get in on the fun? Pretty please?

They have a work study program.

Good prospects in Arkansas either go to Arkansas if offered or head south to SAU. They have a stout program.

SAU is 1,142-547(68%)since 1980 with 3 CWS, 13 conference titles, and 4 conference tourney titles.

That's interesting. Didn't know that about UCA.

On an unrelated note, I just compiled some SEC baseball info I need to deposit somewhere and it only deserves a thread if someone wants to flame LSU.

Under Paul Mainieri, LSU has lost 4 of 6 series to Auburn. LSU has a 10-8 record in that time due to sweeping the two series they've won while Auburn took 2/3 in the other 4. Also, LSU hasn't won a series against Auburn since '09. fricking Auburn.

Our Sunday guy is pretty good too. I'm not gonna jinx him, but he's pretty good. Nolan Belcher. It appears that we have also found a closer.

According to that, the SEC West looks stacked this year. Evidently the West has caught-up, or ever surpassed, the East this season?

We've got Mizzou dragging us down again, in yet another sport, but it's going to be interesting watching this season play-out between the two divisions.

Just two years ago the SEC East finished 1,2,3 in the entire nation.

They lost their series at home to the University of Central Arkansas. A school that does not offer baseball scholarships.
