Guidelines should be
Stadium comfort level, concession stand time in line/prices, home team fan base (are they nice or pricks), surrounding stadium environment, things to do before and after the game.
Gonna take au for example...pros -nice campus, fans are generally nice people, things to do before and after the game.
Cons - stadium needs expansion (jmo).

To be fair, I have witnessed both of these things happening in Baton Rouge (well not an old lady but an adult woman)
Far from the worst things i've seen out there though. Hell, I don't know how West Viriginia isn't high on that list. Maybe they have softened since the Rich Rod days. When we played up there in 2008, it was a normal occurance for them to throw batteries at people. Happened 4 or 5 times to us just walking around campus.
