Every high school coach in America should show this documentary to their team in the fieldhouse on a rainy day. All 5s on the survey.

They don’t come like him anymore in terms of attitude

The end where he takes his four sons to London is really cool. His kids all seem super solid, too.

Still bitter about Raiola, huh?

One of the best I've ever seen. Did they talk about who his backup was?

Thanks for the heads up on that. Gonna have to watch that one.

Enjoyed it. In hindsight they were probably wrong about him hanging it up in his prime. Plenty of wear and tear for a running back after 9 years and he probably knew that

No? He was Thurman Thomas' back up.

Georgia fans stopped getting super giddy and excited about individual 5 star players about three or four years ago.
Searching for program saviors and expecting any 5 star player to change your program is for fans who need hope and for fans who need something to cheer about.

Watched this a few weeks ago. Barry is the GOAT and he knows it. It's why he didn't have to stay and break all those records. He would have broke them all if he wanted to.

just finished it…..I completely understand why he walked away. He stopped wanting to do it anymore.
But damn, he ran like he was in the Matrix.

There certainly is a gravitas to a player not having records but everyone knowing he could have had them if he wanted like you said.

I'm with Barry's Dad, Jim Brown is the GOAT but Barry is a lock at #2.....pretty good company.

Years ago, some group wanted to learn if he had any physiological advantages that could explain why he was "just different" from all other RBs. They put a ton of research into it and determined it was his ankles. The stress he put on his ankles couldn't be carried by like 99.9999% of the world's population or something to that effect.
And that makes sense when you watch highlights, he had great vision but could make cuts at full speed that nobody else can make.
