Alabama lucked their asses off getting all those players to return, plain and simple!

Devonta Smith was the only returning WR that was eligible for the draft last year.

Where did Metchie even come from?
Only Bama could have a 3rd WR that would start for every other team in the league

The best receiver on Bama.

Yup, that's the truth and why Saban is the GOAT.

Guess who won’t be good enough to make the citrus bowl this year?
Have fun in Shreveport. On the plus side, y’all can take a bus and save a few shekels

Born in Taiwan, family moved to Ghana, Africa,
then moved to near Toronto, Canada, where they're
located today---but at age 14 Metchie went to
a boarding school in Maryland, where he would play
his high school football because of better
competition than in Canada. He's a Canadian citizen.

That's good research, has he been playing football from before or did he start in Maryland?

Hard to imagine much competitive football in Taiwan or Ghana.

Apparently he moved to Canada when he was six and then to the states before high school. Still an interesting story.

Can't argue with that.
And Mac Jones is one of the best Spread/RPO QBs in college ball - IMO, he is the best this season.
