Bama was the chosen one from the late 20's, I don't know about the future, but I suspect it will be the same.

Mid 20s. Alabama won national titles in 1925 and 1926, as judged by the majority of the sources that decided those things back then.

I heard the same tune from barners after Bryant retired, then after Stallings left.

Same thing will likely happen, we'll go through a few years of inconsistency, then we'll go hire the best coach available and win some more titles.
