Well had you beat Auburn this year Bama would have likely made the playoffs. That would have been based solely off your rivalry with Auburn and the national exposure of the Iron Bowl. You remove Auburn and you play a one team schedule. OP is in full melt for sure. I know most of the other Bamers are face palming reading your rediculous take.

What does Auburn get out of the game? National exposure which we also get from other games.

Yes. Auburn is a member of the SEC, just like you entitled pricks are. We would know where they are even without the Iron Bowl, just like we would know where Tennessee is without you playing them every third Saturday in October.
You have two major programs in the state...yours and Auburn's. Unquestionably, yours is the most successful of the two. That doesn't mean you are the only program in the state. Without a doubt, you all are powerful enough to get minor programs you want to obliterate ended (i.e. UAB)...at least for a time. But like it or not, you are not the only program. So, if you want to "relegate" Auburn to being "just another SEC team," one that you have a 46–37–1 all-time series lead over (slight, but not dominating), and pretend that since 2000 they haven't won 11 times against you, including two of the last three, good for you.
