I love the opening sentence. It hasnt happened much since saban has been here...something like that.

Bama strokes sabans dick so much its sick.

I think a large portion of their fanbase loves him more than the actual university/team/players.

I never feel comfortable with early commits from out of state.

Nutt promised him he could run the Fridge Rebel close to the goal line.

He seen Smith run the forty. And didn't want his body to look like that after college.

Saban always had trouble recruiting OL at LSU and usually under-recruited that position and over-recruited DB's. When he left LSU our OL numbers were WAY down.

In the past he spoke of concerns over Alabama's textbook scandal -- and I'll give you one guess who is undoubtedly fueling those concerns -- but that has blown over now, so it must be something else also.

Tennessee is a major player here (think early playing time).

I think the lack of playing time he would get next year caused this one. I hope he reconsiders in the end, but Alabama will be fine in the end. We can now fit James Stone and Damien Robinson into this class.

what you have here is a front row seat of the beginning of the Alabama program slowly starting to come unraveled under Nick Saban. They'll get a decent class but it wont be as good as last year and next year's will be worse than this years' I bet.

Saban knows this and I think he's gonna bolt for the big 10 soon.

You're clueless. One four star doesn't make this top three class you moron. Regardless he decommitted over the lack of playing time he would get as a true freshman.

I guess this is so rare nowadays its worthy of its own post. Well, atleast he didnt ninja vanish on signing day like others this past Febuary.

Easy enough to replace him at the moment, we are actually in need of corners, weve got alot of lineman on bothsides of the ball anyway, where as I think Tennesse had 9 total on the OL this past A-Day. Seems like its about playing time.

I laughed.

Also laughed at WRT, but in a different way. I know you are not supposed to laugh at special people, but I couldn't help it.

I just think now that Tennessee, Ole Miss, MS state, all have new coaches and are recruiting how they are that weakens Bama.

Enjoy the next couple of years Bama. You are witnessing the beginning of the end. But, it's not uncommon. It's a cycle that happens everywhere. Programs are only up so long before they go back down and you're going down.
