Auburn would give Bama a much bigger win should Auburn beat Georgia today. That’s got to be painful

If Georgia wins today then Bama will be playing a 3 loss team ranked somewhere around 15. That would be your biggest win . I would think that you would want an Auburn win today to bolster your SOS

today-
Auburn over UGA
UCLA over Utah
Baylor over OU
Oregon win out
Next week
Texas over Baylor
UGA over TxAM
Win iron bowl
CCGs
LSU, Clemson, OSU all win out
B12- OU over Baylor. Both 2 losses now
PAC12- UCLA over Oregon, Oregon 2 losses but by going 11-1 till CCG propped up Auburn , and Alabama by SOS
ETA- if UCLA wins against Utah they are tied in conference and have head to head
Alabama gets in as #4. Plays LSU in Atlanta
OSU rolls Clemson
Bama bs OSU for title....
However, none of that’s happened. UGA wins out and plays LSU for spot, UTah and Oregon win out and winner will be up for 4th spot along with OU who wins out... toss up.. Clemson and OSU win out...

Oh I get that , and I was in no way insinuating that Auburn was an automatic win for Bama. I just figured that if they were using their brains then obviously it would benefit their putrid schedule to play a higher ranked Auburn team. I guess I got my answer on that lol
