Bama Fans Pretend it Ain't a Big Deal

But honestly y'all, having players bad mouth your coach and seeing an entire coaching staff turnover in front of your eyes, cannot be good for recruiting.
Provided Nick Sabans doesn't retire before next season, I will be interested to see what happens with recruiting going forward. I would think that if his recruiting doesn't take a significant hit from all of this, the NCAA oughta investigate them for paying players. Just my opinion of course, but I think they're dirty
The Titanic has sprung a leak.

Bama has top notch facilities and support staff, why would them landing top players be a shock? This isn't the Dubose days, where Bama's facilities were middling and we had a clown as hc that just went 3-8.
Coach K gets his isht pushed in from time to time and he's landing top players left and right. B/c somebody gets old doesn't mean they start to mail it in like Nolan Richardson.

Rats know when a ship is sinking, and they tend to know well before the people on board. It’s a weird 6th sense they have. Seems like we are seeing something similar here.
Butch will be made interim then HC after the sanctions. Once again bama will be “staring down the barrel of a gun”.

Because Tyrion Sabans has given everyone ample ammunition to negatively recruit him at this point.
"Go to Bama? His players have given up on him and his coaches can't work under him for more than a year. Come here where we can offer stability."
Seems easy to me anyways.

Folks been neg recruiting Saban since day one. Used to be "He's going to be at Bama for a few years at tops, he might go back to the NFL."

You don't remember LSU humbling Duke in 2006 Final Four?

I'm always amazed at how many Bama fans rush into the flames...

I don't feel the need to worry too much about it because Saban is still the head coach.

Which is why you post on message boards and Nick Saban coaches championship teams and makes millions.

Bookmarked for later this year when Alabama is well on it's way to another playoff spot, with Tua in the Heisman race and another #1 Recruiting class on the way for 2020

This sounds like a lot of wishful thinking.

That's just stupid. No they haven't. The only negative recruiting against Bama is 'you'll get lost in the depth chart and be processed'.
