Because they know they can let Bama lose 1 early in season to appear like they aren't on their side. When it gets down to crunch time late in the season, we all know who the favorite will be.

Why do you even watch then?

I’m confident we should win both games comfortably but I have no faith in our coordinators.

75%

That'll go to 90% if we beat LSU.

Because I live in Mississippi.

There's really not much else to get excited about in these parts.

You’re a masochist is the real answer

I mean you're kinda right. The underdog mentality and pain of almost doing something every year keeps me going. Honestly, Ole Miss wouldn't be as fun to watch if they dominated like Bama every year. It would definitely be fun at first but the novelty would wear off fast for me.

This team has yet to put a complete game together this season so I am not expecting much from this team this year.

Of the three, LSU has played what is closest to a complete game against the Rebs.

Yes, just like you've consistently beaten them throughout y'all's history together.

LSU's record against Bama is similar to Ole Miss's against LSU.

Alabama leads LSU 55-26-6 (63%). LSU leads Ole Miss 65-41-4 (59%).

who has Alabama beaten that is really good?

No one.

Mississippi State and Arkansas are decent. The Pigs will finish with 8-9 wins and State has a chance at 8 if they close the season well.

We have the most talent and short of running into more penalties or more serious derps, we should be able to beat both LSU and Ole Miss but honestly, I doubt we'll overcome them with our current coordinators.

MState is an enigma to me. They look like they are the best team in the country one week, then look like they didn't practice all week the next. Arkansas has just seemed off this year. I mean they have already lost 3 games and I could easily see them losing 2 more.

Typically 4-5 loss teams are not considered all that good.

And, LSU has already beaten MState and Ole Miss. They still have Arky to play, but I think it is safe to assume they will beat Arkansas.

Thank you for these words of encouragement. Let’s all hope you’re right on this point. Wouldn’t be fair if they let some free-riding team in.

Bama fans I know are not worried. They say they’ll win the west, SEC, then the CFP…….again.

That's Mike Leach for you.

The Pigs are getting healthy and have a punishing running game. Their defense has been bad though.

After all the troubles LSU has had playing on the road in Arkansas? You kidding me? They're 8-7 playing in the Natural State since the original expansion. Not only that, Arkansas almost always plays them tough up there, even when LSU wins.

I hope Pittman can get them straight again. Arkansas is hard to maintain, though.

Just going by what I have seen this year. They seem to be improving week to week. Hey...I've been proven wrong before, though.
