Thanks but I have been known to troll. I do enjoy a good troll, when in the mood. I just got sick of this back and forth on defenses when both are struggling, at least compared to what both teams are used to.(insert spiderman pointing meme) And when I say good troll, I mean being funny, not just being an arse. There is a subtle art to trolling, and a time and place for it. For example, another team's game thread is the last place I will troll. The last thing I want is to bring somebody down while they are just trying to enjoy their game. I rarely start it but I am a bit of a counter puncher.

I can only think of like 60 teams that would survive that gauntlet. Yugely - YUGELY - impressive.

Hold your horses. You haven’t played anybody yet this year , yet. You have been very good over the years but you talking about this year. Your D has been soft as Charmin so far, as has ours.

And it’s less soft than everyone else’s teams would be with 5 true freshman starting at these positions on defense.
I think you’d admit that Alabama at least has a shot to make it to Atlanta.
I’m saying no other teams would have a shot starting 5 true freshman at middle linebacker(2), NT, strong safety, and DE.

Currently, lsu gives up double the points vs Power 5 opponents when compared to Alabama.
Alabama has given up 19 ppg and lsu is at 38

True, but they also ran the ball 58 times. That's the most rush attempts against us by a FBS team in the Saban era. They ran for 4.81 yards per attempt. In today's game, if you want to run 65% of your plays at a clip of 4.8 YPP..........have at it.
Your comparison, Ohio State, ran for 6.69 yards per attempt on 42 carries.

This is gonna be an arse-kicking. See if you can get your fans to stay for more than 2 qtrs. Be hospitable and buy your Bama guests a few beers and enjoy real big-boy football....freshmen or seniors....doesn't matter. Gonna kick some Aggie butt, either way.
