I, for one, am glad we are 2. Isn't there some sort of stat that a team ranked 1 thoughout the season hasn't ended as 1?? Maybe I'm mistaken - but the only #1 ranking I'm concerned with comes out in the second week of January.
Or is it the 3rd??

Oh hush the frick up. Not only does it not matter -- the better team will be decided in the SECCG if both of y'all win out, and if one or both of y'all don't, then it won't matter as far as CFP top 4 rankings go -- but UGA has a better SOS overall. Bama's schedule is clearly backended this season, with 3 of your 4 toughest games coming in November. It's not Bama's fault (and isn't Bama's fault that FSU collapsed and ruined your signature OOC win) but the CFP committee isn't "blaming" or "punishing" you. They're simply going by the current situation as of the last week of October. November will bring changes. Right now, while Bama has a slightly more dominating slew of statistical rankings, UGA's statistical rankings are pretty damned good too, and they have the better win between y'all.
