Damn shame. Hope they don't have to vacate all those playoff wins.

How is LSU so broke that they have to resort to this kind of shite? It’s amazing how all their fans get so butthurt when you mention their financial struggles, but then this kind of shite happens. LSU is so broke they stole money from a hospital to pay recruits. Y’all should be embarrassed.

Look, I don’t wish NCAA troubles on anyone. Those bastards don’t do anything but frick up college athletics and suck up money.

But LSU now has 2 major sports under scrutiny with some pretty damning evidence lying around for everyone to see. That just screams Lack of Institutional Control from their point of view and they won’t play nice. They realize their reputation is on the line and LSU is a big enough name that a Bayou Bengal hide on the wall, especially both sports, might be a big enough prize that people won’t notice much if they go easy on Kansas and Arizona. They will nail your arse to the wall “to make an example of you” while Kansas loses a couple of schollies and visits for a couple of years and that’s all. It’s classic NCAA modus operandi.

Get ready, LSU. This may not end well and you have this Bama fan’s sympathy.

Now that is just stupid. Did you even have a legitimate smidgen of knowledge about athletic programs? This is 2018. And LSU has fewer students and smaller alumni base than all the schools ahead of them besides ND and Auburn. 4 of these schools below us have twice our student population. This tells you what you need to know. Dummy. Our retards pay players. and take note of little Ole Miss. Yeaa.

Lsu has caught a break for years by not having that bitter in state rival. Bama ans auburn have folks looking for stuff on the other all the time. That forces u to get creative.

Lsu got sloppy lately. Wade talking on a damn tapped phone now this guy taking money from a hospital like no one would miss it. I didn't think the NCAA could ignore wade and certainly not this. Bad thing is, there will be others that talk as well. The NCAA can't just blind eye this stuff. If they do then everybody is gonna just flat out cheat in the open and dare the NCAA to do anything.
Those are nasty looking clouds on the horizon in baton rouge.

This is not a pay-for-play scheme from LSU.

It is a money laundering scheme from a guy running OLOL non-profit in BR. He wrote checks to lots of people for bogus consulting work, and they gave him the majority of it back. If this was a scheme to pay player's families, then they would not have sent most of it back to him. He was paying them a fee for laundering the money back to him.

Not sure if this happened while Vidal was at LSU or after. The other family reported so far was that of Rohan Davey, well after his playing days were over.

What has not been reported in the case involving Vadal Alexander's father is *WHEN* the payments were made. Vadal played at LSU 2012-2015.

I was already pissed at my wife for making us miss the game for a bullshite get together in Gretna, then I had to hear Saban lose that game on AM fricking radio in a car outside the party.

Oh and ULM and Utah were unacceptable

Basketball stuff is a non issue. Nothing was released in trial so NCAA has nothing on wade. Leak wire taps is not evidence because you don’t know validity of evidence without FBI handing it over which they won’t since it was not used in trial.
With that said we get hit hard by OLOTL stuff to make up for sneaking by on wade. No one will get fired since this was under miles and Alleva reign of power so we catch a break there. Penalty will be football related. Probably lost of a couple scholarships and maybe a bowl ban for a year. Since LSU has essentially fired the two main guys in charge we show institutional control
