Tennessee has defense like a Pac12 or Big XII team. Question is does your offense have a bit more juice to put them away?

Have your liquor refreshments close by, because Tenn and LSU are going to deliver knock out blows to each other throughout this game.

While I understand your logic - look at those 8 wins - cupcakes. Tennessee is a top 10 team and the fact we are playing you at 11 am is tragic for both fan bases (anytime LSU hosts a top 10 team its in a prime time slot). There is 0 logic for our game to not be AT THE VERY LEAST the 230 CBS game. I have a funky feeling this game will have a wild ending like the last time we came to LSU.

BS. We will blitz their QB aggressively watch. We aren't playing him like we did AR. He is z more proven passer. We have to hit him early and often.

Agree with all of this. First time in a decade (I believe) Tenn is coming to BTR and they put it at 11am?

College football fans lost out on that deal. How in the world are people to get excited about cross division games only played once every 47 years if the games get buried at 11am?

Thanks to JCinBAMA for doing the work to pull this up.

So, since 1983, LSU is 4-3 against teams with a winning record with 11:00 (central) kickoffs.

They are also:
0-1 against undefeated teams (excluding a season opener)
0-1 against top 10 teams

Take it up with Orange Alert on Eleven Warriors. He claims y’all defense is what will cost you games this year. He said that Heupel hasn’t been keeping up with that side of the ball. He said Heupel is the greatest offensive mind in CFB and that Tennessee does more with 3 and 4 stars than OSU does with 5 stars. He got the board over there losing they got damn minds but he has a point about OSU underachieving. But he’s wrong about Heupel being the best offensive mind. He’s good but not great

Who is better than Heupel at offense? No one. Wait until all our 5 stars start rolling in.

Bad news for LSU fans, the Jordan-Hare voodoo is special spicy this year.

I know. Not looking forward to this game because even if we win I know the game will be absolutely infuriating.

Oh, I’m sorry. I sure thought people were hyping up Mike Leach’s high flying offense at Miss. St. which LSU defense held to u see 220 passing yards & 16 points. Maybe it’s just me.

I hope the coaching staff is smarter than you. Watch a few of our QB scrambles.

CBS went with tradition and took the DSOR for the 230 slot. Then there's Jimbo/Saban pissing match from the off-season that the announcers have to regurgitate all game and they got the prime time night slot. LSU/Tennessee got lost in the shuffle.

There’s an ole saying at the casino poker tables that applies here. Everyone’s a sucker, some are too stupid to figure out when they are.
