I`m a bit disappointed with O.Macs effort here. A traffic arrest? He should of at least pulled a Maurice Clarett on the cops.

I knew you could get tickets for driving w/o a tag or having an expired tag, but I didn't know you could get arrested

If you are white, you get a ticket. If you are black, you get arrested.

It was probably a written arrest. Its usually up to the officers discretion whether to book him. Cop may have done this if he suspected it to be stolen or if OMAC was swaggin too hard. My buddy got one for driving a razor around auburn at 3am without a tag or a license on him.

McCalebb was arrested on May 14 for driving an "unregistered vehicle," one without a license plate or registration decal. McCalebb was also apparently unable to provide a valid driver's license.

What a dumbass.

This. As a kid, I was pulled over once driving with a suspended license, and I was pulled over multiple times with the wrong license plate on my vehicle. Everytime I was allowed to DRIVE HOME. I can pretty much guarantee you that this would not have been the case if I had been black.

WHY? Why would you put the wrong license plate on your vehicle? And, why do it "multiple" times?

I thought getting arrested for driving with a suspended license was standard procedure?

And was your vehicle registered to you or your parents? Cause that's a little different than driving a vehicle that hasn't been registered.

I've scratched my head at audogers post too. Makes no sense to drive around "multiple times" with a suspended license and the wrong freaking tag on your car...
