I like that he engaged with numerous fans. That was mentioned to him in the interview afterwards and he basically said he wanted the fans to feel more a part of what was going on because they deserve that.
One of the issues that golf/golfers have never done a very good job of. Occasionally a player or two the exception to that but, in general the players don’t engage with the fans. NASCAR has been the model sport for how to cultivate fan involvement. Maybe the new commissioner will focus on the fans instead of screwing up the season schedule.

He is incredible off the tee. Sets his whole game off that. Seldom in trouble. When he gets in trouble, he handles it well.

I hope the kid can maintain this level of play. Golf is way more fun to watch when there are 2 or 3 guys going at each other every week.
