i doubt you have seen any of the newer ones on campus. but i think that what is there works for young people not paying for any of it. :)
Clemson is in top 10 highest out of state tuition for public unis because of the high demand, so the dorms can't be too bad. They are also building a huge new one called Core Campus over near the stadium, for the honors kids.

i twill be hard for them to compete with off campus housing, much of it is resort like.
i think about 75 percent of juniors and senors live off campus, because it isn't far. I prefred to be on campus so i iddn't have to drive.

So you think a transfer quarterback from a JUCO team where he was not even the starter is going to come in, play his very first game against one of the top teams in the nation and win with a system he has zero experience with? Im sorry. I just dont see it.
We also have basically a brand new coaching staff and brand new offense. I dont see us scoring a lot for a while. The defense should hold up for a while but give way once the offense stutters all game.
Sean White would be the only chance we have at scoring but lets face it. He has not looked good. I hope Franklin is the deal, I really do but looking at that game right now, we dont really have a chance. Clemson lost very little and we lost a lot from a team that was not very good to start with.

that yellow coloring matches up with USC's archiectural style.
that's how I know they aren't done yet. Everything on Clemson's campus is brick. and these dorms are right on the main road into downtown across from Tillman so they will have brick. lol

That's a respective game IMO. Coming off a 6-6 season, going against the runner ups, I'd take a 17-point loss if it were just Clemson pulling away in the 4th.
There is nothing respectable about it. It will be ugly and is embarrassing.

Aren't done ? They have a sign painted on the wall and 1960s TV antenna's on the roof.

i think we probably should wait until they are done. they started buildng them back last August or so. that siding does not look like exterior siding to me. Who knows, i think we can all agree every college has some ugly buildigns tho. lol
