This slide for AU is amazing. Last year, the President of the university had to email students asking them not to boo. Now, the SGA president is having to ask students to come to the game and stay. A plea to help get the team bowl-eligible! What a tumble off the mountain.

we went NUTS trying to make it as difficult for Auburn to score when they reached the goal line in the final minutes.

It didnt work, but I was pretty impressed with the noise level considering 2/3 of the non-students had gone by that point.

Not a student but I stayed until the end of the game. Have never left early and never will. It really was sad as people left at halftime, many, many more left during the third quarter and by 4 minutes into the 4th quarter, it was horribly empty.

I'm a student and I stayed the whole time.

It was cool seeing an awesome comeback, but then it occurred to me that we were making a last minute comeback against Troy.

I don't leave early ever but...

I will say the Auburn game was more boring than Vanderbilt this year.

Mainly because they never put up a fight..

3 hours of not having a smoke and I was tempted to head outside with nothing much going on but backups waiting for the clock to strike 0...

And if I lived on campus hell I wouldn't worry about leaving until ..well never really.

So while I stay... I don't fault people for leaving early...

Yeah I stayed as well. It was great to see JL take control and lead us to a come from behind victory, but then I realized it was Troy. He looked poised, calm and acted like a leader should. That is until he would go to the sideline where he always sat by himself... which I still don't understand.

I've said this time and time again. It makes absofrickinglutely no sense whatsoever. Its like LSU fan who say they live and breath LSU football and talk about all year long in eager anticipation, but when the games are on, its like they can't frickn wait to get out of there. If the weather is slightly less than perfect (too cold, too hot, too wet, too cloudy, too humid, you name it) if the game is not close, too close, too low scoring, too high scoring, anyfrickn excuse will do so they can all get the hell out of dodge. Our dear LSU fans are so weird and fickle, I'll never figure them out.

Dude's extreme.

Kodi Burns took a shot to the chin that cut open his lip and knocked out two of his teeth. Kodi came to the sidelines with the teeth in his hand. The trainers sewed his mouth up, wiped off the blood and Kodi went right back in the game and ran the ball as hard as ever. He never quit.

Wow. That rivals the time Tommy Hodson bit almost clean through his tongue v. Kentucky one year. He got it stitched up--the damn thing was nearly severed--and went back into the game.

to Kodi Burns.

<-------------why this guy left. Since you cannot smoke in Tiger Stadium, the smokers will leave minus a good game.

I will say this and I will say it again, the geriatrics between the 20's and TAF has fricked up Tiger Stadium imo. We have far less joe fans in the stadium than we did in say 1987. The yuppies want to go drink their Johnnie Walker Scotch at their taigates with their big tailgate setups. Back in the 80's you were doing good if people would bring Tv's. Mainly the dynamics of the crowd of TS has changed and that is not helping with the crowds staying in there once the game gets bad.

The smoking ban is not helping either.

Like your coach kissing another man, or the two guys in your crowd making out? It is something a school does at a time like this.

I've seen that crap in BDS. Last year during the Sugar Bowl I was trying to get the people around me up off their asses to yell, but some old lady told me to shut up and sit down. I was like, WTF? This is football, not a damn movie.

I have to say that I agree with this. We don't have the best fans when it comes to showing up early and staying late regardless of the way the game is going. However, when the games are big and the close, there is no other stadium in the SEC like Tiger Stadium. Ive been to them all. Florida's is probably the closest thing, but doesn't have same feel. Bama has the nicest stadium imo, Tenn has the most cramped stadium. Sanford stadium is way overrated imo. I would have to say Auburn, Alabama, Florida, and LSU are my 4 favorite places to watch college football
