We have our lawyers on it. It will be thrown out. #illegalsearchandseizure
If that doesn't work out, Bessent will just go JUCO and sign with bama next year.

is that with "intent" to sell?

I would imagine so. Luckily he was likely on his way back from Jacksonville and so he had much less than when he started.

Not saying that story from al.com isn't true......but two felony charges, one being possession with intent, and the bond is only $5,506? That seems like a really low bond.

Just read the AL.com article.
If two felonies stick, is he dismissed from the team? Should he be?

If two felonies stick, he's in prison.

Possibility. If the charges do stick, I don't see Auburn taking him.

Gustav will stick by him. He did Dyer and he gave his gun to friends so they could rob their drug dealer.

The story isn't working out here. He was supposed to be a DB on someone elses team, go to prison and then come to Auburn.
