You know you've placed a lot of rookies in the NFL when one of your guys replaces another one of your guys as a kick returner.

That's what happened for Auburn coach Gus Malzahn last week when Nick Marshall stepped in to replace the injured Corey Grant as the kick returner for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Auburn has 14 rookies, the most of any big-time school, spread across NFL rosters this season.

How in the world is Brandon King on the Pats active roster? Is he a special teams warrior or something?

Not surprising considering we're the only SEC team to play in a national title in a while.

I feel like players that are actually contributing should be the only ones counted.

I mean Amari Cooper and Todd Gurley are lighting it up, La'el Collins is starting on the best line in the league, and Bud Dupree and Landon Collins are solid starters.

I'm saying Alabama leads with 3.

Amari Cooper - Best rookie wideout by a large margin. Going to have 1000+ yds and 10+ TDs

TJ Yeldon - Starting running back might hit 1000 yds and 5-10 TDs.

Landon Collins - He's struggled BIG time in pass coverage, but has been a great asset to the Giants in run D.

That is actually surprising...

I think we do a good job of developing players.
