he threw the ball twice in the fourth quarter, and the first one was on the first play of the quarter. He did have a lot of attempts in the third quarter. You're right. I hadn't spent much time with the drive chart, and am mostly remembering how aggravated I was during the fourth quarter last night.

Is Mett 2nd or 3rd string? I have read that no starters were playing after first half.

If repeating this line over and over makes LSU fans feel invincible after beating shitty TCU, Kent St, UAB, and AU teams, then by all means....carry on.

Met threw an INT in the first play of the half, Auburn should have beaten LSU. No excuses, we need to continue to improve. Auburn is working to become a good team and is moving in that direction.

I'm just gonna say that the Auburn team as a whole has a lot of heart. They have good coaching and they have legitimate talent. We may have taken our foot off the gas a bit, but it doesn't change the fact that Auburn was playing the 4th quarter like it was the 1st quarter. Wouldn't surprise if they were to upset someone this year. They always recruit well and the West is just gonna be fricking stacked in the near future. The east is becoming more like an ACC division.

I believe it. He didn't throw much in the 1st half (guessing due to the rain). In the 3rd quarter, LSU was still playing to win. 4th quarter, they shut it down to run the clock. Had they kicked the field goal instead of trying the bone headed fake, I think Auburn goes down a bit easier. 4 possesion lead is tough to overcome in one quarter. 3 is doable.

Auburn played hard to the end. Props to those young men. Hopefully LSU took something away from that.

This will get settled in a couple of weeks when we throttle Ole Miss as an underdog at home.

Lulz so in the first half LSU runs the ball to dominate the game for a win. In second half LSU runs the ball to conserve the win. Makes sense

I agree, as long as their defense holds up. I saw a thread earlier in the week that said Cam Cameron is the best hire in the offseason. I think Ellis Johnson's hire is just as big.

Um no, Mike Evans is the best WR in the SEC and probably the whole damn NCAA. Landry is very good, top 5 in the SEC.
